Simply Balanced Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats Base (V, DF)

  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in single serve container.
  2. Put in fridge overnight.
  3. Enjoy!

Tips:

  • See below for ideas for add-ins
  • Vegan: use maple syrup instead of honey
  • You can use either wheat germ or chia seeds, or you can use both (1.5 tsp of each)
  • Should last up to 5 days in the fridge with in a sealed, air-tight container

PB Banana Overnight Oats

Tips:

  • I chose to use wheat germ and maple syrup for this recipe because the flavors blended well with the PB and banana
