Slow Cooker Beef&Broccoli

One of my new favorite Sunday recipes. I love a recipe I can throw in the slow cooker for the day and have dinner ready to go. I love how “melt-in-your-mouth” the beef is and how quick this delicious recipe comes together. Please comment below with reviews or questions!

“Melt-in-your-mouth” beef and broccoli easily made in your slow cooker!

Ingredients

  • 1.5-2lb flank steak, sliced into thick slices

  • ½ cup soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/8 cup brown sugar

  • 1 tsp corn starch

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 cup beef broth*

  • 12-14 oz frozen broccoli

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to the slow cooker, except the broccoli. Stir
  • Cook on low for 5.5-6 hours
  • Either 30 minutes before serving, add broccoli to the slow cooker OR cook broccoli on the side (either in oven or air fryer)
  • Serve over rice and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can obviously get flank steak almost anywhere but I love the flank steak from Trader Joes!
  • This has served 4 of us with no leftovers, so if you want leftovers you may want to double the recipe (if you have a big slow cooker)
  • You can use water if you don’t have beef broth!

This was yummy and so easy! My husband doesn’t usually eat broccoli but I added it at the end so it was in the sauce and he ate it! I am a new cook and love your recipes!
